Oquirrh Hills Golf Course is Tooele City’s municipal golf course, an 18 hole, par 72 layout set in the foothills of the Oquirrh Mountains on the east side of town. The front nine dates to 1949 and the back nine was added in 2007, so a round mixes older tree lined holes with newer ones and broad views across the Tooele Valley. Facilities include a pro shop, a driving range, a snack bar and a pavilion for eating outdoors. Tee times can be booked online up to a week ahead. It is the go to public golf course for Tooele residents and an easy day trip from Salt Lake.
