Bout Time Pub & Grub is the sports bar in Bluffdale, set on a site with real history: the old Hot Spring Hotel and Brewery tied to Porter Rockwell once stood here. The upstairs pub is for guests 21 and over, with walls of televisions, cold beer, cocktails and scratch-made bar food such as wings, burgers, stuffed jalapenos and fried pickle chips. In 2026 the location added a separate family dining area downstairs, branded as Bout Time Neighborhood Grill, complete with a dirty soda bar. The bar is open daily from late morning until 1 a.m., making it the main gathering place for game days and late nights at the south end of the valley.
