Fisher Brewing Company is a brewery and taproom in Salt Lake City’s Granary District, on 800 South a few blocks southwest of downtown. The taproom pours a rotating lineup of draft ales and lagers and sells beer to go. Instead of running a kitchen, Fisher hosts a different food truck lineup each week, so there is usually something new to eat with your pint. The dog friendly patio is a big draw in warm weather and fills up fast on weekends. The brewery is open daily from 11 am, with later hours on Friday and Saturday, and the space can be booked for private parties. It is an easygoing local brewery with a strong neighborhood feel.
