Water Witch is a small cocktail bar in Salt Lake City’s Central Ninth neighborhood, on 900 South just southwest of downtown. It has been pouring drinks for about ten years and has built a loyal local following for creative cocktails made by bartenders who are happy to mix something to your taste. The bar was a 2025 James Beard Foundation finalist for Outstanding Bar. A rear hallway connects it to its sister spot next door, Bar Nohm, which serves izakaya style food, cocktails, and sake. Water Witch opens in the afternoon and stays open until 1 am every day, and it also sells its own merchandise and gift cards.
